Lyric Yoga and Wellness specializes in prenatal yoga and yoga for children of all ages. They are family-friendly and believe in honoring the needs and limitations of their prenatal students. All postures can be modified to suit the current level of the student. Yoga can be practiced through all trimesters of pregnancy and in addition to group classes, they also offer private lesson to further your experience of yoga and pregnancy. Prenatal students are welcome at any of Lyric's Yoga for Women classes, in addition to prenatal classes, as all the instructors have completed Yoga Teacher Training specializing in prenatal yoga.

The Yoga Connection

The Yoga Connection is Tuscon's only non-profit yoga studio, and have been serving the community since 1987. All the yoga teachers are certified yoga instructors with special interests in bringing the benefits of yoga to the community. Their prenatal classes offer gentle stretching, visualization, relaxation and breathing techniques to deepen your practice and enhance your pregnancy experience.

The Yoga House at Civano

The prenatal yoga classes at Yoga House at Civano create ease and joy in the body as students progress through pregnancy, labor and delivery. In these classes you will learn appropriate stretches, breathing techniques and relaxation methods in a supportive environment. Their classes are designed to reinvigorate women who are suffering from fatigue, back pain and stiffness. Students will also experience better overall health and strengthening of the lower body and learn techniques to help with the discomforts of pregnancy.
